Envoy: Investments in Baimskaya ore zone seen at 900 bln rbl

VLADIVOSTOK, Mar 28 (PRIME) -- Investments in the Baimskaya copper and gold zone in the Chukotka Autonomous District are estimated at 900 billion rubles, presidential envoy to the Far East Yury Trutnev said on Tuesday.

"We have visited the project for the development of the Baimskaya ore zone… Investments today is already estimated at about 900 billion rubles," Trutnev said.

Previously Trutnev put the investment in one of the world’s largest undeveloped copper deposits at 570 billion rubles.

According to the official, the project is fulfilled in accordance with the schedule.
